St Barnabas

Our main parish church in the heart of Darwen. St Barnabas is a welcoming Anglican church committed to sharing God’s love with all who enter our doors. With its beautiful vaulted ceiling and warm atmosphere, it’s the heart of our parish community.

St Paul’s offers a warm and welcoming contemporary worship experience in Hoddlesden. Our modern worship space features engaging services, great music, and a friendly community of all ages.

St Mary’s

St Mary’s is our smaller rural church set in beautiful Lancashire countryside. With its distinctive stone tower and peaceful surroundings, it offers an intimate worship experience connected to generations of faith in our community.

The Reach, Hoddlesden

The Reach is where we hold many of our small groups, Bible studies, prayer meetings, and community activities. It’s a warm, welcoming space that’s at the heart of our ministry in Hoddlesden, next to St Paul’s Churchyard.

Our Church Schools
St Barnabas and St Paul’s each have close, longstanding relationships with their neighbouring Church of England primary school. Our clergy are involved in school life, and our churches are able to provide faith references for families applying for a school place on faith grounds.
